Hi I'm Mat, and when I grow up I'm going to be a comic book artist.

Ever since I could hold a crayon in my hand, I’ve been drawing. With any luck it’s what I’ll be doing for the rest of my life.

I studied and graduated fine arts in what we French-Canadians refer to as cégep in 2005. I followed that up with a Bachelors degree in art, design and comic books in 2009. My work has been displayed in a few little art showings here and there, and I’ve even been published on two different occasions.

My ultimate goal is to become a working artist, the kind that doesn’t have to endure a demeaning day job. For original commissions or to have me create a personal piece of art for you, just contact me and we can haggle.

So here’s to making my dream of rage quitting my current source of income a reality.
